The enamelled dial with Roman numerals is set in a large oil lamp in bronze with a black patina. The decoration of a fire pot and a putto with a butterfly.
Pedestal base. Oval base. Feet skates. Very beautiful and rare quality of execution.
Enamelled dial signed J.J. Hanset in Brussels, for Jean-Joseph Hanset 1769 - 1826, he was Watchmaker to the court of King William II of the Netherlands.
